SOUNDING BOARD AND ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS

Sometimes an organization's leadership just needs someone to listen because often they don't feel there is anyone internally. We can be that Sounding Board - to listen to ideas, to problems, to where they are on the engagement journey, or to any number of things that might be keeping you up at night.

Our Sounding Board approach, can be as simple as getting things off your chest, to providing feedback and ideas, to formulating a plan of services that might be helpful, or to surveying your employees to determine your actual engagement levels.

Our goal is to help you, so we are happy to do anything from a one time Sounding Board meeting, all the way through regularly scheduled meetings and survey analysis.

EDUCATION

Education can be a key component to creating a better understanding of what true engagement is, the kind of impact it can have on your employees and your business, and ideas of how to get started on the engagement journey.

While many firms would find that small of an assignment not worth their time, we see it entirely differently. Knowledge is power and sometimes life altering, so we are happy to lead small discussion groups within your organization, or speak to larger groups with a question and answer session following, for as long as your team has questions to ask.

Often a company's culture forms organically, and is unspoken. We believe, and have seen, that this can lead to an unintentional culture shaped by unintentional values. Our engagement service is focused on supplementing what you have built as that nucleus. We have a plethora of ideas that focus on specifically identified areas of your business. These ideas, projects, enhance your engagement journey by promoting involvement and motivation of employees in targeted areas.

Let's be clear though, they focus on creating change in targeted areas, to continue building for the future in today’s rapidly evolving environment. They do not replace getting the cultural shift that is needed to become a truly engaged organization. Mistaking these kinds of targeted projects as the entire engagement journey is a mistake many organizations make. They are an important part, but they aren't the whole.

EMPLOYEE RECRUITING

Sourcing, recruiting and making the right selection of employees who will be engaged, exceptional performers, loyal contributors, and a positive influence to the engagement of others; is an integral piece of the engagement journey. To make the shift to a more engaged culture you need employees who are engagement advocates, and new hires can be some of the best.

Our recruitment experience includes a unique process from sourcing viable candidates to on-boarding new hires. Successful on-boarding begins during the interview process, and part of our recruitment process is making sure we know all there is to know about your company, your job and the supervisor; to do it well. Recruiting new hires is not a process you want to shortcut. We will work with your Human Resources team to help them identify potential  improvements in your recruitment and on-boarding process, or we can be your talent acquisition team.
